I was the QUEEN of starting over every Monday. I had every excuse in the book and tried every yo-yo diet under the sun—only to gain it all back (plus more). Before I knew it, I weighed 199 pounds. And on my 5'1" frame? It wasn’t cute.

But the truth is, my weight wasn’t the real problem—my mindset was.
I didn't know what I didn't know and I needed to learn how to get out of my own way.


The hardest part was unlearning how to stop talking to myself like a high school bully and finally showing up with compassion, discipline, and respect—for me. After that, the workouts and meal plans were the easy part.
